CIMpact, CIM Group’s community outreach program, coordinates grassroots initiatives and partners with regional and national non-profit organizations to make a positive difference in communities.
Through employee education and reporting as well as community outreach, CIM Group’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council encourages employees to honor and celebrate diversity in relationships with each other and with external partners.
